Dr Toby Corlette qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2010, specialising in Otolaryngology (ENT), Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS). He graduated from the University of Tasmania with First Class Honours in 2001 and did resident years in the Royal Hobart Hospital and St Vincents hospital in Sydney before doing research at the Garvan Institute in 2005. Specialist training was performed at a number of NSW hospitals in Sydney, Gosford, and Newcastle. He has a keen interest in general Adult and Paediatric ENT with a focus on rhinology (nose and sinuses) and ear surgery (including cochlear implant surgery).
Dr Corlette is actively involved in teaching the ENT registrars, dermatology registrars, resident medical officers and medical students.
Dr Corlette operates privately at Lingard Hospital, and publicly at the John Hunter and Kurri Kurri Hospitals in addition to providing his ENT services to Hunter ENT.
