DR HOSSEIN GHAZAVI
Member of the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery
Dr. Hossein Ghazavi is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), specialising in Otolaryngology (ENT), Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS). He is also a member of the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (ASOHNS) and the Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (AAFPS). His areas of expertise include conditions of the nose and sinuses, facial plastics, head and neck malignancies, and paediatric ENT care.
Dr. Ghazavi completed advanced subspecialty training in head and neck reconstruction and skull base surgery at John Hunter Hospital from 2020 to 2021.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Ghazavi is passionate about education and mentorship. He actively trains ENT registrars and resident medical officers and has contributed significantly to the field through several publications in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
